Krenko:
Borrowed Time

100cards
35lands
18Goblins
5Game Changers

01 / Mission

Activate.
Connect. Cheat.

02 / Mob laboratory

One tap becomes
an uprising.

Krenko counts every Goblin on resolution. Bracers copies the activation, so its two resolutions see different army sizes. Add untaps and watch the numbers leave ordinary Magic behind.

After the last resolution

8 Goblins under your command
6tokens created
0damage to each opponent
2ability resolutions

Table shortcut: announce a finite result. With Bracers, every activation resolves twice and multiplies the current Goblin count by four; without it, each activation doubles the count.

03 / Make contact

Combat is the
switchboard.

Sting untaps Krenko, Regalia opens the lane, and the damage triggers turn a single connection into cards, mana, or another combat. Click a card for its current public rules reference.

Greaves protocol

Lightning Greaves gives shroud. Move it away before equipping Bracers, Regalia, Orcrist, or Thornbite Staff, before Mithril Coat's attach trigger targets Krenko, or before a targeted untap.

04 / Borrowed time

Put it in now.
Keep it later.

Temporary creatures are resources with delayed invoices. Sundial can erase one only after that delayed trigger actually reaches the stack.

Already attacking

Myriad and Ilharg produce ETB and combat-damage triggers, but not attack triggers. Cityscape Leveler must be declared as an attacker to trigger.

Myriad discipline

Blade belongs on nonlegendary payloads. Legendary Krenko copies die before priority. Saving myriad tokens with Sundial also ends the rest of the turn, so wait until the final combat.

Protection has edges

Mithril Coat answers destruction and lethal damage, not exile, bounce, sacrifice, or toughness reduction.

06 / Pilot notes

Keep a launch.
Not a dream.

The commander is always available. The opening seven must cast him, make the first activation matter, and avoid trapping an eleven-mana monster in hand.

Mulligan rules
    Default sequence

      Power statement

Maximum Bracket 4, by intent and construction.

Fast tutored wins, premium interaction, unrestricted tutors, and five Game Changers are deliberate. Moxen, Lion's Eye Diamond, Grim Monolith, ritual-dense turbo mana, prison architecture, and a cEDH tournament-metagame posture stay out. The expensive Equipment and spectacle threats are real strategic commitments.
